1. General

  1. The online store at https://noxglow.online is operated by the owner of the NoxGlow brand (“we”, “the Seller”). Contact: hello@noxglow.online.
  2. These terms govern orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranty. By placing an order you accept these terms.
  3. To use the store you need an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser and an e-mail address. You must not submit unlawful content.

2. Products and prices

  1. NoxGlow light pods are wireless, USB-rechargeable RGB LED lights for ambient lighting of car interiors and other spaces, controlled by an RF remote. They are decorative lighting, not vehicle lighting equipment: do not use them as headlights, signal lights or exterior lights.
  2. Product photos are illustrative; the colour and brightness of the light on photos and screens may differ from reality.
  3. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you order. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are not included (see the Shipping policy).
  4. We may change prices, start or end promotions and withdraw products; this does not affect orders already placed. When we announce a price reduction in the EU, we state the lowest price of the previous 30 days.
  5. Discount codes: one code per order, no cash value; a “first order” code can be used once per person/address. Cart offers are available only together with a kit. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

3. Orders and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout.
  2. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
  3. We may limit the quantity per order and refuse or cancel any order before it ships, with a full refund.

5. Returns and warranty

See the Refund policy. The rules on withdrawal apply to consumers.

6. Safe use

  1. Mount the pods where they cannot fall into the pedal area, block the pedals, airbags or any controls, or obstruct your view. Clean the surface before sticking a pod.
  2. Keep the light low and pointed at the floor while driving so it does not dazzle you or other road users. Rules on interior lighting differ between countries — you are responsible for using the product in line with the law where you drive.
  3. Charge only with the supplied cable from a standard USB port, do not charge damaged pods, keep them away from water, heat and direct sun behind the windscreen in hot weather, and keep small parts away from children.
  4. We are not liable for damage resulting from installation or use contrary to these rules and the instructions, including adhesive marks on unsuitable surfaces.

7. Liability

  1. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or incorrect data supplied by the buyer.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, fines or damage to the vehicle interior).
  3. Towards buyers who are not consumers, the statutory warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

8. Content and reviews

All store content (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to the Seller and may not be copied without permission. By publishing a review or comment you grant us a free licence to use it in the store’s materials.

9. Final provisions

  1. We may change these terms at any time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  3. These terms are governed by the law of the Seller’s country of establishment (an EU member state), without prejudice to the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes with businesses are settled by the court competent for the Seller’s seat.
