Will it fit my car?
Yes. The pods are wireless and stick on with an adhesive pad, so they work in any car, SUV or van — no wiring, no special sockets. All you need is a clean, hard surface under the dash, under the seats or in the trunk.
How many pods do I need?
4 pods light the two front footwells and leave two pods for under the dash or the rear. 8 pods cover the front and rear footwells plus under the seats. 12 pods are for the whole cabin and the trunk. Every set comes with one remote that controls all its pods — if you want a second remote, for example for a second car, take two 4-pod sets.
How do I charge them?
The pods are USB rechargeable. Plug the included 4-in-1 cable into any USB port — the car's USB socket, a laptop or a phone charger — and charge 4 pods at the same time. No batteries to buy.
How bright are they?
They're made for ambient light: enough to fill a footwell with colour at night. The brightness button on the remote takes them from a soft glow to bright, so you can keep it subtle while driving.
Will the adhesive leave marks?
Each pod uses one small pad, not long strips of tape. Stick them on hard plastic, not on fabric, leather or soft-touch surfaces. To remove, peel slowly from one corner; if a little residue stays, it usually wipes off with isopropyl alcohol. To move a pod later, use a fresh double-sided pad.
Does the remote work from the driver's seat?
Yes. It's an RF (radio) remote, not infrared, so it doesn't need a line of sight — it works from anywhere inside the car, and one remote controls all the pods of your set at once.
Can I use them while driving?
Keep the glow low and pointed at the floor so it never dazzles you or other drivers. Rules on interior lighting differ between countries, so check yours.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more — the 8- and 12-pod sets ship free; with the 4-pod set it's a flat $6.95 (in your currency at checkout). Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then arrive in 8–12 business days; you get a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships.
Can I return it?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return your order complete and undamaged (return shipping is on you). E-mail hello@noxglow.online first and we'll send you the instructions. Details in our refund policy.
How can I pay?
By card and the other methods available in your country — you'll see them all at checkout. Payments are encrypted.
What is shipping protection?
An optional extra for 10,00 zł: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send a new one or refund you. You can switch it on or off in the cart.
